IT Support Officer/ Specialist

Assalam Alaikum everyone! My name is Mohammed Rishan and I am a detail-oriented Computer Science Engineering graduate with approximately 18 months of hands-on IT support experience, including user account management, antivirus administration, system backups, hardware troubleshooting, and day-to-day support in Windows-based environments. I’m comfortable handling both routine maintenance and urgent technical issues, with a strong focus on minimizing downtime for end users. Currently based in Najran, I am open to relocating to any region in Saudi Arabia for the right opportunity, and I hold a valid Saudi driving license. I am actively seeking roles in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support.
