Coordinate with Permit Issuers, Area Authorities, supervisors, and HSE personnel.
Ensure the work location is inspected and all hazards are identified and controlled.
Confirm required PPE, gas testing, isolation, barricading, and safety precautions are in place.
Conduct toolbox talks and explain permit conditions to the work crew.
Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with the approved permit.
Suspend or stop work if unsafe conditions or permit violations are observed.
Close and return permits after completion of the work.
Maintain accurate permit records and documentation.
Follow client/project safety standards, including Aramco requirements where applicable.
Support emergency procedures and maintain good communication with the work team.
