We are looking for an experienced **Quality Manager – Cleaning** to join our team in **Saudi Arabia**.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and maintain cleaning quality standards
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
* Develop and implement cleaning quality procedures and checklists
* Ensure cleaning teams follow SOPs and client requirements
* Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
* Conduct quality meetings with the client and site team
* Monitor customer/client feedback and resolve complaints
* Prepare daily/weekly quality and inspection reports
* Train and guide cleaning supervisors and staff
* Ensure compliance with HSE and hygiene standards
* Monitor overall service performance and continuous improvement
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Quality Manager/Supervisor in the cleaning or facilities management industry
* Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, SOPs and quality control
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Experience conducting inspections and quality meetings
* Ability to prepare quality reports
* Saudi/GCC experience preferred
* Valid Iqama preferred
