China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Civil QC Manager to join our construction team for a prestigious project.
👌Position: Civil QC Manager
👌Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 20+ years of overall experience in the construction industry.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
Experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel projects is compulsory.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total professional experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality control systems.
Experience in managing and leading a Civil QC team.
Excellent knowledge of drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection procedures.
⚠️ Important: Candidates who do not have substantial high-rise building and 4-star/5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.
⚠️ Please do not submit your CV if at least 80% of your total experience is not in high-rise building projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Control (QC) Plan for all civil works.
Manage and supervise the Civil QC team and ensure effective quality inspections.
Ensure all civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality-related documents.
Conduct inspections of civil and structural works, including concrete, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and other construction activities.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and construction teams regarding quality-related matters.
Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Monitor and control the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, quality reports, and approvals.
Conduct internal quality audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide regular quality reports and updates to project management.
Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and project quality requirements.
