🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise 5-Star Hotel Project
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for reinforced concrete works.
Prepare BBS based on approved structural drawings, bar details and project specifications.
Coordinate with Structural, Site, Planning and QA/QC teams.
Verify reinforcement quantities, bar sizes, shapes, lengths and bending details.
Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies or rebar conflicts.
Coordinate reinforcement requirements with steel cutting and bending teams.
Maintain accurate BBS records and support material quantity control.
Ensure BBS are prepared in accordance with approved drawings and applicable standards.
🔹 Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
✅ Proven experience as a BBS / Rebar Technical Engineer in major building projects.
🚨 MANDATORY: High-Rise Hotel / 5-Star Hotel Construction Experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and reinforcement detailing.
✅ Excellent understanding of structural drawings and bar bending details.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant BBS/rebar software.
🚫 Only candidates with relevant high-rise hotel project experience will be considered.
