To handle quantity surveying and site surveying activities, ensuring accurate measurements and compliance with project drawings and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Take-Off: Calculate and review quantities based on drawings and BOQs.
Quantity Verification: Verify executed works and quantities on-site.
Payment Applications: Assist in preparing and reviewing quantities for interim payments and subcontractor claims.
Site Surveying: Conduct site measurements, levels, and setting-out using Total Station and Level.
Drawing Coordination: Match executed works with drawings and BOQs.
Reporting: Prepare quantity and survey reports and maintain accurate site records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects.
Software: Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Surveying: Practical experience with Total Station and Level.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs.
Good knowledge of quantity take-off and site measurements.
Accuracy in surveying, calculations, and documentation.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work effectively on-site.
Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,500
