CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – CROSS-COUNTRY PIPELINE

Experienced Construction Manager with strong expertise in cross-country pipeline construction projects within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall construction activities for cross-country pipeline projects.
Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and site activities.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and budget.
Manage ROW preparation, trenching, stringing, welding, NDT, coating, lowering-in, backfilling, hydrotesting, and reinstatement.
Monitor project progress and resolve construction-related issues.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and client specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
10+ years of Oil & Gas construction experience, preferably on major cross-country pipeline projects.
Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methods and international standards.
Proven experience managing large construction teams and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in remote project locations and manage multiple construction activities.
