🔹 **CSA Estimator**
🔹 **MEP Estimator**
🔹 **Electrical Estimator**
**Qualifications and Experience:**
✅ Degree or diploma in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field
✅ Minimum **5 years of estimating experience** within construction, energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects
✅ Strong understanding of the relevant discipline’s scope, materials, systems, specifications, and construction methods
✅ Experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, tender evaluations, and subcontractor quotations
✅ Professional certification is an advantage
**Software Requirements:**
✅ **Bluebeam – Required**
For quantity take-offs, measurements, and drawing markups
✅ **AutoCAD – Required**
For reading, interpreting, and marking up technical drawings
✅ **InEight – Preferred**
For cost estimating and integration with project controls
