Requirements
1) Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor front-and-back-of-house team members.
2) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
3) Able to work in a busy kitchen environment
4) Hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented
5) Customer Service: Greet guests, check on dining satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
6) Operations Oversight: Monitor floor flow during peak hours, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure smooth service sequences.
7) Inventory & Admin: Track stock levels, order supplies, and handle basic cash flow or point-of-sale reconciliation.
8) The candidate must be able to speak either English or Arabic.
9) Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference
