You will have end-to-end operational authority over driver performance, fleet tracking, maintenance oversight, and business development across Saudi Arabia.
# Key Responsibilities
Fleet Utilization & Client Acquisition: Identify and secure long-term B2B leasing and freight contracts with companies across KSA to ensure high fleet capacity and zero idle days.
Operations & Tracking: Monitor real-time vehicle movement, dispatch schedules, and route efficiency using GPS tracking systems.
Driver Management: Directly supervise, evaluate, and manage trailer drivers, ensuring strict compliance with safety, scheduling, and KSA transport regulations.
Fleet Maintenance & Care: Oversee routine servicing, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance for all trailers to minimize downtime and preserve asset value.
Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including trip profitability, fuel consumption, driver efficiency, and fleet revenue.
#Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fleet management, heavy transport (trellas/flatbeds), or logistics operations within Saudi Arabia.
KSA Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local KSA heavy transport market, route dynamics, driver management, and corporate leasing networks.
Technical Skills: Experience with GPS fleet tracking software, route planning, and basic vehicle mechanics/maintenance management.
Leadership: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and supervisory skills to manage a growing team of drivers and coordinate with client fleet managers.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred for driver and local regulatory communication).
Nationality Preferable: All nationals are also welcome but as the current employees are Indians, we prefer an Indian manager.
