Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Experience in Facility Management, Manpower Supply, Maintenance Services, Cleaning Services, or related industries will be highly preferred.
Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining existing client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and prepare commercial proposals/quotations.
Strong follow-up skills with prospective and existing clients.
Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
Valid Saudi driving license and relevant market experience will be an advantage.
Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
