Previously, as a Maintenance Supervisor, I was responsible for preventive maintenance planning, equipment performance monitoring, spare parts coordination, shutdown activities, vendor coordination, and field maintenance supervision. My experience with MTBF, MTTR, CMMS, SAGE, work-order management, inventory control, and maintenance reporting has strengthened my ability to identify equipment issues, improve maintenance workflows, and support better asset reliability.
