KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
💰 Cash & Daily Finance
Handle and control daily cash transactions.
Monitor cash sales, petty cash, expenses, and cash movements.
Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation.
Verify POS sales against actual cash and payment collections.
Identify and report cash shortages or discrepancies.
Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
Maintain proper documentation for all cash expenses and payments.
Follow up on cash deposits and ensure proper records are maintained.
📦 Store & Inventory
Manage daily receiving, issuing, and transfer of stock.
Verify quantities and quality of received items against invoices.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor food, beverage, packaging, and non-food stock.
Conduct regular physical stock counts.
Investigate stock variances and report discrepancies.
Monitor wastage, spoilage, and unusual consumption.
Ensure proper stock rotation and FIFO practices.
📊 Accounting
Record daily purchases, expenses, sales, and supplier invoices.
Reconcile supplier invoices and purchase records.
Maintain accurate financial documentation.
Assist with food-cost and inventory-cost calculations.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
Coordinate with management regarding financial and inventory discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality accounting and store operations.
Strong knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation.
Experience with inventory and stock control.
Good understanding of POS systems.
Good Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Honest, organized, and responsible.
Ability to work independently and manage confidential financial information.
Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
