Experienced Mechanical Engineer and Facility Management Professional with 10+ years of GCC experience in HVAC, MEP, Hard Services, Building Operations and Maintenance.
Currently seeking a suitable opportunity in Saudi Arabia as a Facilities Manager, Hard Services Manager, Hard Services Consultant, Facility Management Specialist, Maintenance Manager, MEP Manager or Mechanical Facility Manager.
KEY EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC, MEP and Facility Management
• Extensive experience in Hard Services and technical operations
• Facility maintenance planning, PPM and corrective maintenance
• Management and supervision of multidisciplinary technical teams
• HVAC systems including Chillers, AHU, FCU, Pumps, Cooling Towers and Ventilation
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems
• CMMS, SAP and MAXIMO
• SLA, KPI and service delivery management
• Contractor, subcontractor and vendor management
• Asset management and lifecycle maintenance
• Method Statements, Risk Assessments and maintenance procedures
• HSE, Permit to Work and safe maintenance practices
• Energy management and operational efficiency
• Preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting
• Client coordination, reporting and technical documentation
GCC PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Experienced in major and high-profile projects in Qatar, including Lusail Stadium and State Mosque projects, with exposure to large-scale facility operations, critical MEP systems and demanding FM environments.
Also experienced in Saudi Arabia projects and Saudi Aramco-related facilities, working with multidisciplinary teams and contractors to deliver reliable, safe and efficient facility operations.
