Manage the production line and oversee the fabrication of steel frames and structures with high precision.
Supervise insulation works (sandwich panels) and interior/exterior finishing.
Ensure strict quality control and direct the workforce to maintain the highest standards of production.

This is an operational partnership based on a profit-share percentage per completed and delivered project, aligning the success and growth of both parties.
