Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems Design Maintenance Projects PMO
We are looking for 3 Senior Electrical Engineers with strong hands-on technical and management experience in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of direct and proven experience in the same field and must be capable of handling design, field operations, maintenance, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting, project execution, and team management.
Technical & Field Experience
* Strong hands-on experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems.
* Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems.
* Testing, commissioning, inspection, and functional testing of systems.
* Strong practical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
* Ability to identify system failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Site supervision and technical coordination for maintenance and new projects.
* Review and verification of existing systems and site conditions.
Design & Engineering
* Design and engineering of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
* Strong knowledge and practical application of relevant NFPA Codes and Standards, including NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and NFPA 72.
* Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable local requirements.
* Preparation and review of drawings, technical submittals, specifications, datasheets, and calculations.
* Preparation of BOQ, MTO, and Quantity Take-Offs.
* Experience in estimation, costing, tendering, and project pricing.
Project Management / PMO & Team Leadership
* Proven experience in managing and supervising multiple teams simultaneously.
* Ability to manage at least 3 field/technical teams covering maintenance and project activities.
* Experience in PMO, project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
* Planning and allocation of manpower, materials, tools, and resources.
* Monitoring team productivity, work quality, schedules, and project progress.
* Coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Ability to manage both maintenance contracts and new projects.
* Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, suppliers, manufacturers, materials, and fire protection systems.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems.
* Strong hands-on field experience — not only office/design experience.
* Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
* Valid driving license.
* Ready for sponsorship transfer and able to join within one week.
