**Key Responsibilities:**
• Monitor and supervise the movement of equipment and trucks, organizing their transport to and from work sites efficiently and safely.
• Manage and direct the movement of heavy equipment and trucks; oversee drivers throughout the daily shift.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to report breakdowns and issue maintenance work orders.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports on equipment and truck movements, issues encountered, and proposed solutions.
• Track drivers.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing the movement of large equipment and trucks.
- In-depth knowledge of safety laws and regulations regarding equipment and vehicle movement; experience in workshop oversight, breakdown management, and real-time coordination between drivers and the workshop.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle equipment and truck handover/takeover procedures.
