Mechanical Engineer – Fit-out Projects

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Mechanical Engineer** to handle the design and coordination of mechanical systems for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and applicable industry standards.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical Engineering**.
* Proven experience in designing and coordinating **mechanical fit-out projects**, preferably in commercial, retail, office, hospital, or similar projects.
* Strong knowledge of **HVAC systems, chilled water systems, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems**.
* Ability to review and prepare **mechanical drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and technical documentation**.
* Good understanding of **MEP coordination, mechanical load calculations, equipment selection, and system design**.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Office**, and other relevant mechanical design software/tools.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with **architectural, civil, electrical, and other MEP disciplines**.
* Excellent **communication, technical coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills**.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
