We are seeking physically fit and hardworking Labourers to support construction, marine, and general site activities. Labourers will assist skilled workers, handle materials, maintain site cleanliness, and perform various tasks as directed by supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers (mechanics, fitters, welders, carpenters, etc.) with daily tasks
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment on site
Clean and prepare work areas including sweeping, removing debris, and organizing materials
Assist in excavation, trenching, and backfilling activities
Hold, position, and supply tools and materials to tradespeople
Mix concrete, mortar, or grout as directed
Assist in lifting, carrying, and placing materials including pipes, steel, and timber
Support marine activities including mooring, tying up vessels, and handling lines
Maintain site housekeeping and ensure work areas are safe and tidy
Follow all safety instructions including use of PPE, safety harnesses, and other protective equipment
Report any hazards, incidents, or damages to the supervisor immediately
Work in various weather conditions and assist with emergency response as needed
Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors or foremen
