We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team for marine, structural, and piping welding works. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding processes and materials commonly used in marine and heavy construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding operations using SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG/MAG), FCAW (Flux-Cored), and GTAW (TIG) processes
Weld structural steel, piping, plate work, and marine-grade materials
Interpret welding symbols, drawings, and specifications
Prepare materials including cutting, grinding, beveling, and cleaning
Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
Perform repairs and modifications on marine structures, vessels, and equipment
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition
Follow all safety procedures including use of PPE, fire prevention, and hot work permits
Participate in toolbox talks and daily safety briefings
Maintain accurate welding records and logs as required
Coordinate with fitters, foremen, and supervisors for job completion
