The candidate should have excellent knowledge of:
Current market prices of construction materials and services.
Suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and contractors in the market.
Prices of materials such as cement, steel, tiles, electrical, plumbing, and other construction-related items.
Comparing quotations and negotiating the best prices.
Preparing cost estimates and supporting project purchasing requirements.
Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction market is preferred.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the construction or contracting industry is mandatory.
Strong market knowledge and good negotiation skills.
Ability to identify competitive prices and reliable suppliers.
