My experience includes developing and monitoring project baselines, resource-loaded schedules, S-Curves, planned-versus-actual progress, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, productivity and man-hour tracking, cost analysis, cash-flow monitoring, manpower and resource forecasting, critical-path monitoring, delay analysis, recovery planning, risk assessment, change orders and variation orders. I have also coordinated with project management teams, clients, consultants, vendors and site teams and followed up procurement activities and material deliveries to support project execution and schedule requirements.
I have a strong Mechanical Engineering background with an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Peking University, China, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Pakistan. My technical skills include MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, MATLAB, ANSYS and Python.
