We are looking for a hands-on IT Technician experienced in project site IT support.
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- Desktop/laptop Software/hardware & Windows/Mac troubleshooting
- Printers, scanners, email & Microsoft Office support
- LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi & internet troubleshooting
- CAT6 cabling, RJ45 crimping, patch panels & network rack management
- CCTV/IP cameras, NVR & access-control/biometric systems
- Installation and maintenance of site IT/network infrastructure
- IT asset handover, tracking, inventory & documentation
- User support and coordination with vendors/service providers
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve site IT issues
Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's in IT/Computer/Networking or related field. Construction/site experience preferred. Must be willing to work at project sites and travel between sites when required.
