**Job Responsibilities:**
* Clean and maintain common areas of residential and commercial buildings.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors regularly.
* Clean lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, and other shared areas.
* Clean windows, doors, walls, and other assigned areas.
* Collect and dispose of waste properly.
* Maintain cleanliness around building entrances and facilities.
* Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.
* Report maintenance issues or damaged facilities to the supervisor.
* Follow building hygiene, safety, and company procedures.
**Requirements:**
* Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of basic cleaning methods and hygiene standards.
* Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
* Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
* Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Polite and respectful attitude.
* Willing to work shifts and flexible hours.
