Our preferred locations are Malaz, Sulaymaniyah, Al Olaya, or any other suitable area in Riyadh. If you have a room available, please mention the exact location as well.
Our requirements are:
We need one private room with a private attached bathroom.
The kitchen can be shared, and that is completely fine for us.
The accommodation should be suitable for females.
If the sharing is with other females, that is acceptable.
Sharing with a family is also acceptable.
However, the room and bathroom must be private. Only the kitchen can be shared.
Our total budget is SAR 1,100 per month.
Electricity, gas, and water must be included in the SAR 1,100 rent.
We will make the payment on a monthly basis.
We are planning to move in from 1st October.
We are specifically looking for a one-room apartment/accommodation, not a shared bedroom.
