**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist with sorting, cleaning, and preparing dates for packing.
* Inspect dates for quality, size, and visible defects.
* Pack dates into boxes, containers, and other packaging materials.
* Weigh, count, label, and arrange packed products accurately.
* Assist with sealing and preparing packages for storage or dispatch.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing and production areas.
* Handle dates and packaging materials carefully to prevent damage.
* Assist with loading and moving finished products when required.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
* Complete assigned packing duties according to daily targets.
**Requirements:**
* Previous food packing, factory, or production experience is preferred.
* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive packing duties.
* Good attention to detail and product quality.
* Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Able to follow instructions and hygiene standards.
* Willing to work shifts and flexible hours.
