💰 PAYMENT DETAILS
Annual Rent: SAR 19,000
The rent is paid every 6 months:
➡️ SAR 9,500 every 6 months
My original contract started on 29 June 2025. After completing the first year, I renewed the contract for another 6 months, as a shorter renewal was not available.
I have already paid the current 6-month rent. Since I have already stayed for approximately 3 months, the remaining amount for the next 3 months is:
🏠 Remaining Rent: SAR 4,750
🛋️ Furniture, appliances, and complete household setup: SAR 4,500
📝 One-Time Ejar Contract Fee: SAR 500
The contract will be generated and registered under your name through Ejar. The SAR 500 is a one-time fee for the contract process.
TOTAL INITIAL PAYMENT: SAR 9,750
This includes:
* SAR 4,750 – Remaining rent
* SAR 4,500 – Complete furniture and household setup
* SAR 500 – One-time Ejar contract fee
After the transfer process, the apartment contract will be issued under your name through Ejar.
