Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Metal Fabrication Sales Representative to win new business across industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. You will prospect, build client relationships, and close custom fabrication deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pitch general contractors, OEMs, and industrial buyers.
Review basic engineering specs and blueprints to initiate job quotes.
Collaborate with internal estimators to deliver winning bids.
Compensation & Perks
Uncapped Commission: 5%–12% of gross project revenue or profit margin.
Flexibility: Fully remote/field-based with autonomous scheduling.
Support: Complete estimating, engineering, and shop backing.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience in metal fabrication, machining, or steel.
Ability to read basic blueprint designs.
Established network of industrial, architectural, or construction clients.
