Key Responsibilities
• Generate new construction and manpower business opportunities across Riyadh and KSA
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, procurement teams and project decision-makers
• Identify upcoming projects, RFQs, tenders and subcontracting opportunities
• Complete and follow up vendor registrations and prequalification processes
• Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting and client visits
• Arrange meetings with Procurement, Contracts, HR and Project teams
• Generate opportunities for excavation & infrastructure, civil & structural, MEP, finishing & fit-out, manpower supply and recruitment services
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow opportunities through quotation, negotiation and contract award
Preferred Profile
✓ Previous Business Development / B2B Sales experience in Saudi Arabia
✓ Construction, contracting, MEP, manpower or recruitment-sector experience preferred
✓ Existing network among contractors, developers, consultants or procurement teams is a major advantage
✓ Vendor registration and prequalification experience
✓ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✓ Arabic and English preferred
✓ Based in Riyadh
✓ Target-driven and comfortable with cold calling and field visits
💰 Compensation
Competitive base salary + attractive performance-based commission/incentives.
