ZYFire Industrial Company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dammam.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate purchasing, procurement, and supplier-related activities.
Follow up purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and order status.
Maintain and update supplier and procurement records.
Support inventory planning and material availability.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Assist in evaluating suppliers and comparing quotations.
Prepare reports related to purchasing, deliveries, and supply chain activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good English communication skills.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
