A growing construction & contracting company in Bahrain is looking for motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team.
Position: Sales Representative – Indoor & Outdoor
Responsibilities:
• Promote and market our construction and contracting services
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Visit customers, companies, engineering offices, and project sites
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into signed contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in construction, contracting, real estate, or related fields
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• All nationalities are welcome to apply
• Candidates with an existing network in the construction industry are highly preferred
Salary: BD 350 + Bonus/Commission for every signed contract
