We are looking for a friendly and professional **Bell Boy** to join our hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist hotel guests with their needs.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
* Handle guest luggage and deliver items to guest rooms
* Assist guests with directions, hotel facilities, and general inquiries
* Provide support during check-in and check-out procedures
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage area
* Coordinate with reception and housekeeping teams for guest requests
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
* Follow hotel standards, safety procedures, and service guidelines
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Bell Boy, Hotel Staff, or Guest Service Associate is an advantage
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Physically fit and able to handle luggage
* Ability to work flexible shifts
* Immediate joiners preferred
