We ,are looking for an experienced and motivated **Operations Executive** to join our team in Dammam.
### **Position: Operations Executive**
📍 **Location:** Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate daily freight forwarding and logistics operations.
* Handle **air, sea and land freight** shipments.
* Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, transporters and overseas agents.
* Prepare and follow up on shipping and customs-clearance documentation.
* Coordinate import/export shipments and delivery arrangements.
* Follow up on **BL, DO, customs clearance, transportation and delivery** activities.
* Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
* Prepare pricing , quotations and operational cost details when required.
### **Requirements**
* **2–4 years of experience** in freight forwarding / logistics operations ,in Freight forwarding and Logistics Companies .
* Good knowledge of **Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transport and Customs Clearance**.
* Familiarity with Saudi logistics and customs procedures is preferred.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in **English**; Arabic is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and logistics documentation.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
* **Valid Saudi driving license**
* Transferable Iqama is preferred.
