📌 Position Details
Job Title: Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor
Basic Salary: 1,800 - 2,000 SR (Based on experience)

📋 Key Responsibilities
General Supervision & Security: Oversee daily camp operations. Maintain strict discipline, proactively prevent thefts, and resolve any conflicts or fights among residents to ensure a peaceful environment.
Employee Onboarding: Welcome and receive new employees upon arrival, manage their room allocations, and provide them with basic camp orientation and rules.
Inventory & Material Management: Responsible for receiving camp items, supplies, and equipment. Maintain a strict and accurate daily inventory ledger.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding camp status, headcounts, incidents, and maintenance requirements.
Facility Management: Ensure all basic facilities (water, electricity, cooling) are functioning properly and maintain high standards of health, hygiene, and cleanliness.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Location: Must currently reside in Riyadh.
Iqama Status: Must possess a Valid and Transferable Iqama.
Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner (Iqama transfer within one month).
Experience: Proven prior experience working as a Camp Boss, with a strong background in handling labor discipline and inventory in Saudi Arabia.
Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi/Urdu.
💼 Compensation & Benefits Package
Housing & Commute: Free Accommodation and Transportation provided by the company. (Note: Food is the employee's responsibility).
Working Hours: 9-Hour shift per day (includes a 1-hour break).
Time Off: 1 Day Off per week.
