We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales / Business Development Professional with an established network in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, and Industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are specifically looking for a professional who can generate genuine business opportunities and convert them into projects, contracts, and Purchase Orders (POs).
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with contractors, industrial companies, Oil & Gas companies, construction companies, and manpower clients, particularly in the Eastern Province and Jubail area.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify potential customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Convert enquiries into quotations, projects, contracts, and POs.
• Develop business opportunities for industrial materials and manpower supply.
• Identify opportunities for small construction and industrial projects.
• Conduct customer visits and business development activities.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up with customers until order confirmation / PO receipt.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for successful execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
✅ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in Industrial / Materials Supply Sales
• Experience in Manpower Supply is highly preferred
• Strong experience with Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Construction / Industrial clients in KSA
• Established customer and contractor network in the Saudi market
• Proven track record of generating actual sales, projects, and POs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
• Basic Arabic communication skills
• Professional personality and strong customer-handling skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
