**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
* Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, sauces, and other food items.
* Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation standards.
* Assist with cooking and plating dishes as instructed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
* Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
* Store food items properly and follow food safety procedures.
* Assist with stock checking and inform the supervisor about shortages.
* Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
* Follow all kitchen hygiene, safety, and company procedures.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Junior Chef, Commis Chef, or Kitchen Assistant is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
* Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
* Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and flexible hours.
