Sale of base equipment, Storage tanks & Accommodation cabins (Mini Camp & Rig Assets)
NOTICE OF SALE PROCEDURE
Seller: EXALO Drilling S.A., Exalo Drilling UAE Branch with its registered seat at Julphar Tower Office 606/2604, Al Hisn Rd. 114, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (www.exalodrilling.com).
Inspection location and conditions: Exalo Yard near Mudfaq Farm, 7 km from Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Airport, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Technical inspection of assets is available on working days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM GST by prior appointment.
Scope of sale: used drilling rig and mini camp assets, comprising mud system tanks, fuel tanks and dispenser, water tank, 20ft accommodation and office cabins, 40ft specialized living and workshop units, and auxiliary site equipment (38 items).
Starting asking price: 190,000 AED net (in words: one hundred ninety thousand UAE dirhams net).
Submission of offers: formal written commercial offers must be submitted via email to the authorized Branch manager or representative by no later than September 18, 2026.
Offer status: sold strictly on an as-is, where-is basis.
Legal disclaimer: the Company reserves the right to reject any submitted offer at any stage without providing any reason or justification.
BIDDING TERMS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
1) Offers must be submitted in formal written form on official corporate letterhead, signed and stamped by an authorized legal representative. The document must include the bidder's full company name, registered address, commercial trade license number, and tax identification number.
2) The offer must state a firm, unconditional net purchase price expressed in AED.
3) The minimum required bid validity period shall be 10 calendar days from the date of submission, during which the offer remains irrevocable and legally binding upon the bidder.
4) No bid bond or tender deposit (vadium) is required to participate in this procedure.
5) The offer must contain an explicit declaration confirming that 100% of the purchase price will be paid via international wire bank transfer to the designated bank account in Poland: Beneficiary name: EXALO DRILLING S.A. 6) The purchase will be awarded to the highest valid commercial offer meeting all formal and corporate requirements.
7) A formal bilateral sales agreement will be signed with the selected buyer in accordance with the draft agreement attached to this invitation to tender, followed by the issuance of a commercial invoice complying with international banking, trade, and AML compliance requirements.
8) In full accordance with the Company's Asset Sale Procedure, physical release and handover of assets at the yard will take place strictly upon receipt and confirmation of 100% of the funds on the bank account in Poland.
9) All transport, lifting, and loading arrangements remain the buyer's sole responsibility. Transportation must be accomplished before 30.09.2026.
