Job Summary
The Female IT Technician provides first-line and second-line technical support for hardware, software, networks, and user accounts within a luxury private-estate environment.
The role ensures reliable IT services, timely resolution of user issues, proper maintenance of IT assets, and adherence to security, confidentiality, and data-protection standards.
Required Competencies
Solid practical knowledge of Windows/macOS environments, Microsoft Office, email systems, printers, and basic
networking.
Good troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving IT issues.
Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to explain technical matters clearly and simply.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information and devices.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of IT security principles, including passwords, access control, backups, antivirus, and phishing awareness.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent are an advantage.
2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury estates, facilities management, or a similar high-service environment.
Familiarity with basic server administration, backup solutions, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
Experience supporting users in a professional or high-service environment is preferred.
