Complete pet Bottle Recycling Process
The pet bottle washing machine is configured to provide a continuous and efficient plastic recycling process:
1. Bale Breaker and Feeding System
Compressed pet bottle bales are loaded into the bale breaker or feeding conveyor.The system loosens the bales and delivers the bottles to the sorting section at a controlled and consistent rate.
2. Sorting Platform

3. Label and Cap Separation
