🔹 Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant planning experience with reputable contracting companies.
Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure, roads, and utilities projects is mandatory.
Arabic speaker is required.
🔹 Required Project Experience
Candidates must have strong planning and project controls experience in:
Roads and highways
Earthworks, grading, and pavement works
Water transmission and distribution networks
Sewerage and wastewater networks
Stormwater drainage systems
Irrigation networks
Electrical and telecom underground utilities
🔹 Technical Competencies
The candidate should have strong expertise in:
Developing and maintaining baseline schedules using Primavera P6
Preparing engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover schedules
Preparing recovery programs and revised schedules
Resource loading and cost loading
Manpower and equipment histograms
Cash flow forecasts and S-curves
Progress monitoring, schedule updating, and performance measurement
Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
Delay analysis, EOT claims, and mitigation planning
Earned Value Management (EVM) and productivity analysis
Project risk identification and development of recovery strategies
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and executive presentations
Coordination with Project Managers, Construction Teams, Procurement, Commercial Departments, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors
Strong understanding of construction sequencing for roads and utilities projects
