Responsible for implementing HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments and site inspections, identifying hazards, investigating incidents, conducting toolbox talks and safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and project safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
Prepare and review risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness training.
Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
Assist with incident and near-miss investigations.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, standards, and regulations.
Monitor emergency preparedness and environmental requirements.
Maintain HSE records, reports, and inspection documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors.
Certifications: NEBOSH IGC OSHA First Aid
