Recruiting an experienced Construction & Maintenance Foreman for an opportunity in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Position: Construction Foreman
Vacancy: 1 Nationality- INDIAN
Salary: BD 250–300 per month + Overtime
Experience: 3–7 Years
Gender: Male
Age: Under 42 Years
Duty: 8 Hours per Day
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Driving Licence: Valid Bahrain or GCC Driving Licence is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise workers, subcontractors and daily construction/maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints and project plans.
• Travel between company properties, branches and project sites as required.
• Coordinate and manage tools, construction materials and site resources.
• Monitor workmanship and conduct quality checks.
• Enforce site safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and report updates to management.
• Resolve day-to-day construction and maintenance issues efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in general construction, maintenance or GCC projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
• Good team supervision and leadership ability.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Valid GCC/Bahrain Driving Licence required.
