We are opening a new Broasted Chicken, Zinger & Shawarma restaurant in Jeddah and are looking for a professional and experienced chef to join our team.
👨🍳 Position: Experienced Fast-Food Chef
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in:
🍗 Broasted Chicken • Professional broasted chicken preparation
• Marination and seasoning
• Crispy coating and frying techniques
• Maintaining consistent taste and quality
🍔 Zinger & Burgers • Zinger chicken preparation and marination
• Crispy chicken fillets
• Burger preparation and presentation
• Sauces and special recipes
🌯 Shawarma • Chicken shawarma preparation and marination
• Shawarma machine handling
• Cutting and serving techniques
• Garlic sauce and other shawarma sauces
• Wrap and sandwich preparation
✅ Requirements • Previous experience in a broasted, zinger, shawarma or fast-food restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality
• Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ability to manage food portions and reduce wastage
• Able to work professionally as part of a team
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship preferred
