We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage rider Recruiting and government-related HR processes.
Requirements
🇸🇦 Native / Near-Native Arabic
🇬🇧 Fluent English
Nationality : Sudan/Pakistan
💼 3+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
📋 Strong practical experience with Qiwa
🏢 Knowledge of GOSI
🪪 Experience with Iqama & Sponsorship Transfer
🚴 Experience in rider recruitment or delivery/logistics is highly preferred
💻 Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete rider Recruiting process
Prepare and follow up on Qiwa employment contracts
Handle Sponsorship Transfer procedures
Follow up on GOSI registration and employee records
Manage Iqama and government-related HR processes
Coordinate with PRO, Recruitment, Supervisors and Operations
Ensure all riders complete the required compliance procedures before activation
Maintain accurate employee records and Recruitment reports
