1. Position Summary
The Head of Hospitality Sector is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company’s hospitality business portfolio, including **hotels, resorts, restaurants, QSRs, catering companies, cafés, food service operators, and hospitality facilities**.
The role is responsible for achieving sector revenue and profitability targets through new client acquisition, strategic account management, manpower solutions, contract negotiations, and long-term client relationships.
2. Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
* Develop and execute the hospitality sector business plan and sales strategy.
* Identify and acquire new clients across hotels, resorts, restaurants, QSRs, cafés, catering, and food-service companies.
* Build and maintain a strong hospitality-sector sales pipeline.
* Identify decision-makers and establish relationships with owners, GMs, HR Directors, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
* Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and manpower solutions in coordination with relevant departments.
Key Account Management:
* Manage strategic hospitality accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for contract expansion, additional manpower, and new projects.
* Monitor client requirements, service performance, complaints, renewals, and payment status.
* Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and maintain regular client engagement.
Manpower & Operations Coordination:
* Understand hospitality manpower requirements, including housekeeping, kitchen, stewarding, waiters, baristas, chefs, maintenance, drivers, and supervisory positions.
* Coordinate with Recruitment and Operations to ensure timely manpower deployment.
* Monitor manpower mobilization, replacement requirements, worker performance, and service delivery.
* Ensure proposed manpower solutions are commercially viable and operationally achievable.
Commercial & Contract Management:
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, manpower quantities, service scope, and contractual conditions within approved authority.
* Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, Recruitment, and Operations for contract finalization.
* Monitor contract profitability, revenue, outstanding receivables, and commercial risks.
* Ensure all client commitments remain within approved commercial and operational parameters.
Market Development:
* Monitor hospitality-sector trends, competitors, manpower demand, and market pricing.
* Develop relationships with major hotel groups, international restaurant chains, QSR operators, catering companies, and hospitality service providers.
* Identify strategic partnerships and large-scale manpower opportunities.
* Develop sector-specific client acquisition strategies and market intelligence.
3. Performance & KPIs
* Achievement of monthly and annual hospitality-sector revenue targets.
* New client acquisition and contract conversion rate.
* Value and quality of qualified sales pipeline.
* Number of qualified client meetings and opportunities generated.
* Contract renewal and account expansion rate.
* Gross margin and profitability by account/project.
* Manpower deployment and mobilization performance.
* Client retention and satisfaction.
* Collection performance and reduction of overdue receivables.
4. Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* **8–12 years of relevant experience**, preferably in hospitality, manpower outsourcing, staffing, facilities management, or B2B services.
* Proven experience managing hospitality-sector clients and large manpower requirements.
* Strong knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market.
* Demonstrated track record in business development, contract negotiation, and revenue generation.
* Strong understanding of commercial pricing and profitability.
