Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on work in a packaging or paper manufacturing plant.
Machine Operation: Start and run the corrugator machine to produce quality corrugated paperboard.Setup & Adjustments: Adjust settings for paper roll size, flute size, glue application, and speed.Quality Control: Check board thickness, bonding strength, and cuts to meet safety and client rules.Troubleshooting: Fix minor machine jams or errors and report big mechanical problems.Safety & Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and perform daily machine upkeep.
