Job Role: Deliver exceptional, high-standard service and create memorable experiences in an upscale dining environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Warmly welcome guests, seat them, and maintain an attentive dining experience.
2. Present expert menu and beverage knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and recommendations.
3. Record orders accurately and communicate dietary requirements directly to the kitchen.
4. Serve meals gracefully following proper fine dining etiquette and precise timing.
5. Maintain clean, orderly dining areas and handle payment processing smoothly.
6. Mentor junior staff, assist management with shift operations, and manage floor flow.
7. Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year (Waiter) or 3+ years with leadership skills (Senior Waiter) in upscale dining.
2. Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
3. Thorough knowledge of fine dining standards, strong interpersonal skills, and the physical stamina to stand and carry loads in a fast-paced environment.
