Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced "Rigging Manager" with 15+ years of experience in "rigging, heavy lifting, skidding, jacking, and equipment movement services", including strong experience in the "KSA market".
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise rigging, heavy lifting, skidding, jacking, and equipment movement operations.
* Plan and execute complex lifting and equipment movement activities safely and efficiently.
* Review and implement lifting plans, rigging studies, method statements, and risk assessments.
* Manage rigging teams, manpower, equipment, and site operations.
* Ensure compliance with HSE standards, client requirements, and KSA regulations.
* Coordinate with clients, project teams, engineers, and HSE personnel.
* Ensure lifting equipment, cranes, rigging accessories, and jacking/skidding systems are properly inspected and certified.
* Monitor project schedules, resources, productivity, and operational costs.
* Provide technical leadership for critical and heavy-lifting operations.
Requirements
* 15+ years of experience** in rigging and heavy lifting operations.
* Proven experience in **skidding, hydraulic jacking, and equipment movement**.
* Strong **Saudi Arabia/KSA market experience**.
* Experience in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, or major construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging equipment, cranes, and HSE requirements.
* Excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving, and client coordination skills.
* Relevant rigging/lifting certifications will be an advantage.
