We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Staff Pick & Drop Driver** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE Driving License, good knowledge of Dubai routes, and the ability to provide safe and reliable transportation for employees.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Transport staff safely between accommodation, office, and work locations
* Follow assigned pick-up and drop-off schedules
* Ensure employees reach destinations on time
* Maintain a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers
* Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues
* Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition
* Follow UAE traffic laws and company transportation policies
* Maintain trip records and coordinate with management when required
**Requirements:**
* Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (or applicable license)
* Previous experience as a Staff Driver, Company Driver, or Pick & Drop Driver is preferred
* Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads
* Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
* Professional attitude and good communication skills
* Immediate joiners preferred
