Position: Junior Procurement Engineer – MEP
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
💼 Experience: 1–3 years in MEP Procurement
💰 Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing and procuring MEP materials, equipment, and services.
* Obtain supplier quotations and prepare comparative statements.
* Assist in price and delivery negotiations.
* Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, warehouse, and procurement personnel.
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
* Assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
* Identify and evaluate new suppliers.
* Ensure materials comply with project specifications and requirements.
* Support cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives.
Required Knowledge:
* HVAC
* Plumbing
* Fire Fighting
* Electrical
* ELV Systems
Additional Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* ERP/procurement system experience is an advantage.
* Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
* Saudi/GCC procurement experience is preferred.
* Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Project Experience: Retail, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, shopping malls,
Hospitals, Offices, Commercial Buildings, and Civil Fit-Out projects.
